Co-Op Farmers Market
A custom website for a local farmers market, created through a Marywood University service-learning assignment.
A receipt needs to work beyond the moment it appears on screen. In this project, I combined design and research thinking to explore how customers understand, keep and return to their purchase details.

Customers who need to understand and return to their purchase information.
Consider a receipt as an ongoing reference, beyond the first confirmation screen.
Receipt design exploration informed by customer tasks and research thinking.
The work considered behavior as well as appearance. One question was whether letting a customer save a digital receipt locally could remove a step from a later task. That question shaped the exploration rather than serving as a claim of a measured improvement.
Personas helped the team discuss priorities and build empathy during the project. I brought research and visual-design ideas into collaboration with teammates, connecting the receipt’s presentation with the needs it was meant to serve.
The project demonstrates a task-based approach to information design: start with what a person needs to understand or retrieve, then use that understanding to guide the layout.

Original project materials reflect the product interfaces and brand guidelines at the time. This overview describes my design contribution; it does not claim unreported business or conversion results.
