Leading enterprise UX at Verizon
UX strategy, design governance, and team leadership for a corporate website serving more than 2 million annual visitors.
My process starts with understanding a problem and making ideas tangible enough to discuss. Sketches, user stories and prototypes help me connect what people need with what a team can build—and give us something concrete to improve together.

Teams seeking a collaborative approach to designing digital experiences.
Connect user needs and a clear problem definition with decisions a team can build and evaluate.
An overview of my design practice, illustrated with process materials.
I look at user feedback, available behavior data and relevant competitors, then talk with the audience about their goals and current experience. The problem statement and hypothesis should become more precise as that understanding develops.
Sketching is a way to explore several approaches before investing in a finished interface. I use user stories to break a larger feature into meaningful tasks, then map flows and prioritize the key routes through the experience. Feedback at this stage helps identify friction while the design is still easy to change.
Wireframes establish the structure; typography, color and responsive interface work shape how people experience it. I preview designs on the intended devices, prepare development deliverables and work with engineers through handoff and review. That collaboration helps carry the original intent through the details of implementation.
My process is a way to make decisions together. Research defines the problem, sketches and prototypes make alternatives visible, and collaboration through delivery helps preserve the design intent.
Original project materials reflect the product interfaces and brand guidelines at the time. This overview describes my design contribution; it does not claim unreported business or conversion results.
