Strategy:
- We will target customers with a previous online purchase plus either upgrade eligible or have a propensity to AAL to increase conversion rate.
- The test will determine if messaging and/or promotions will motivate these groups of customers to enter the buy-flow and convert at higher rate.
Hypothesis:
- We will measure which message, in addition to the control, converts the most often to find the most successful tactic with the least cost to increase conversions.
