Animal Watch Faces
An animal-inspired watch-face gallery that brings original illustration into an everyday personal device.
This sticker collection brought Diana’s Animals into iMessage conversations. The project adapted the illustrated characters into small visual expressions people could place on messages, photos and other stickers.

People using visual characters to express themselves in mobile messages.
Adapt a recognizable illustration style to the scale and context of conversation.
An iMessage sticker collection with static characters and an animated GIF.
Moving the animals into messaging changed the context of the artwork: the characters could become part of someone else’s conversation. The collection included static stickers and an animated GIF.
The animal silhouettes, faceted forms and color palettes connected the sticker product to the wider illustration collection. The original product artwork shows how that recognizable style carried into a small, expressive format.
The work demonstrates how a visual collection can take on a new purpose. Familiar forms become small expressive objects that people can use within their own conversations.
